Kemon Studio
AI Image Generation
Kemon Studio is the image automation pipeline. It takes original Shopify product photos and produces standardized, optimized image sets — including clean ghost-mannequin and flat-lay versions plus AI-generated model photographs.
Every SKU gets a consistent output: one optimized product image and three on-model views, generated from a single source photo. No photoshoot. No studio. No manual editing.
How it works
Shopify Image Pull
Products synced from Shopify display original images as-is. Raw merchant uploads with varying backgrounds, sizes, lighting, and DPI.
Image Optimization
Background removal and standardization using AI. Removes background, replaces with pure white (#FFFFFF), resizes to 2000x2000px at 150 DPI. Takes 30–60 seconds per image.
Model Image Generation
From the optimized image, generates 3 AI model photos: front view (Asian model, 3/4 length), back view (rear), and side view (profile). Takes 1–2 minutes per SKU.
Bulk Trigger
"Generate All Images (Optimize + 3 Model Views)" runs Steps 2 and 3 for a single product. A global "AI Generate" button handles multiple or all selected products at once.
Custom Regeneration
"Regenerate with custom prompt" toggle with a free-text field for variant scenes, framing, or styling directions.
Watermark Toggle
Global toggle for an "AI Generated" watermark on all model images. On or off, applied across your entire catalog.
Base prompt: "Fashion model wearing this piece of clothing against a white background. Professional studio lighting, high quality fashion photography style."
